Paul Bradley is President of The Bradley Group, Inc., an international consulting firm that has served over 400 companies in 39 countries. He specializes in working with Chief Executive Officers and their executive teams and over 25 years has facilitated approximately 2,000 strategic planning sessions, provided hundreds of private consultations with CEO’s and led multiple team-building sessions. An acclaimed speaker, he has presented for the American Management Association’s Management Course for Presidents for 20 years. In 2004-6, he was on retainer to the Board of Directors to facilitate the start-up of the $600 million Helios Education Foundation in Phoenix, Arizona.

Paul Bradley has held senior executive positions in both the public and private sector. He was President of Capital Analysts Planning Group of New York after serving as a District Manager for CIGNA Individual Financial Services Company. He also spent several years working in colleges and universities including four years leading the Manhattan campus, New York Institute of Technology as the campus Provost and Dean of Faculty. As Vice President, AMA Associates, he headed that subsidiary of the American Management Association. He later served on retainer to The Presidents Association with responsibility for management development programs and coordinated the review and revision of the famous Management Course for Presidents. His years of experience in planning and research have produced 27 articles and monographs plus over 40 research reports covering diverse topics: cost-effectiveness, strategic planning, professional development, and performance management.
Bradley has A.B. and M.A. degrees from Colgate University, a Ph.D. from The University of Michigan, and engaged in post-doctoral studies while serving as Visiting Faculty Fellow at Harvard University in 1976. He has lectured at several major US universities, taught a course at the Tianjin University of Science and Technology in China in 2003, and led hundreds of executive programs throughout North America, South America, and Europe. Paul is a Trustee at Keuka College and is a NACD “Certified Professional Director.” As the youngest recipient ever, Paul received a “Distinguished Service Award” for contributions to the American Management Association Presidents Association in 1994. He was inducted into an Albany, New York Baseball Hall of Fame in 1993 and is a composer of music.
